We service existing INNOVA machines in-home, by appointment, within 250 miles of Moscow, ID — and if you're within 50 miles, there's no travel charge at all.

Can I really test drive a machine before buying?
Yes — stop by during regular business hours and run real fabric through both the M20 and M24. No appointment required, though calling ahead means we can set aside dedicated time for you.
Do you service INNOVA machines you didn't sell?
Yes. Our in-home service covers any INNOVA within 250 miles of Moscow, ID, regardless of where it was purchased.
How much maintenance does an INNOVA actually need?
Very little. There's no oiling required anywhere on the machine except the bobbin case, and no mandatory dealer service schedule. Plus, your first year's dealer service is included with purchase!
What if I have a question you can't answer?
We'll do our best first, and if we're stumped, INNOVA's own 24/7 technical support line is staffed by technicians who've been with the company 20+ years. With over 25 years of quilting on a longarm, it is hard to stump us!
