Store Policies

By placing an order with Little Denmark Quilt Company, customers agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

General Order Information
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order.  You can select local pickup during checkout. You will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule a pickup time. Orders can be picked up from our location in Deary, ID, upon request.

Shipped orders will ship from Idaho, U.S.A., via USPS. We only ship within the U.S.A. and Canada at this time. Every effort is made to provide up-to-date inventory online.  If we do not have a product in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options.  Please review your order as soon as you receive it.  You have 14 days from the date of order to notify us of any concerns with your order.


Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of an order before shipment will result in a refund less than 10% processing fee. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Shipping Charges within the U.S.A. start at $6. Orders over $125 ship for FREE within the USA!
Canada shipments are sent using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs fees and taxes.


Returns

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions online and sell what we consider to be top quality products.  We cannot accept returns on cut yardage or non-defective merchandise. Due to copyright laws, we will not take returns on patterns or books. Before returning any product, please reach out to us via phone or email from the Contact Us page. We accept returns for defective product only. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
